NYCS - Newcomer Youth Connections for Success This workshop covers all the basics you need to know about managing mental health with a specific focus on adapting to COVID-19. The workshop will include hands-on activities, learning how to identify supports in your school and community, techniques for building mental wellness, and learning about resiliency.
